Refund Policy

Each Recipe Rescue order is personalized digital work. We handle refund requests according to how much work has been completed.
Before work begins
You may cancel for a full refund before transcription or design work begins. Accidental duplicate purchases are also fully refundable.
After work begins
If transcription or design has started, we will review the request and may issue a partial refund based on the unfinished portion of the order.
After delivery
Because final files are personalized digital products, completed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable. If the delivered file is defective or materially different from the approved proof, contact us and we will correct it or provide an appropriate remedy.
Delays or inability to complete
If we cannot complete your order within the agreed timeframe, you may accept a revised date or cancel unfinished work for a refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
